Join us for a unique course led by Chef Sebastian Wilczek, during which we will show you real goodies loved around the world. There will be no

shortage of comfort flavors bathed in butter, those inspired by Asia and beloved Mediterranean delicacies.
We will prepare an insane challah with crispy oyster mushrooms, seasoned with Arabic spices and Mexican salsa. We'll prepare the perfect shrimp in a point in a wine and butter emulsion – this is lit! Together we will fry an Asian-inspired stri fry with beef and vegetables. For dessert, we'll fry fluffy pancakes with bananas and flakes of exquisite Maldon salt.

🥘 Grilled challah with fried oyster mushrooms with zatar, Greek yogurt, Mexican salsa verde and almonds
🥘 Tagliatelle with shrimps, chilli, garlic, parsley and wine and butter sauce
🥘 Stir fry – Thai style fried beef with vegetables, served with jasmine rice
🥘 Pancakes with caramelized bananas with Maldon salt, dried apricots, nuts and mint
